Luzi was a pitiful sight when he was found wandering the streets. His fur was matted and dirty, his ribs were visible through his skin, and his eyes held a haunting sadness. A kind-hearted woman named Maria took pity on him and brought him to the local animal shelter.
At first, Luzi was terrified of everything. He cowered in the corner of his kennel, trembling with fear. He refused to eat or drink, and he would whimper softly throughout the night. The shelter staff tried their best to comfort him, but nothing seemed to help.
