What they discovered was shocking: a home filled with trash and lacking basic necessities like food and water. Many animals were struggling to survive, and Chessie was among them. The PSPCA expressed their gratitude for the concerned citizen who reported the situation, acknowledging that their action saved Chessie’s life.
