Justin Ewan and Joshua Ku, two avid divers, experienced an extraordinary encounter while exploring the waters off Long Reef beach in Sydney, Australia. As they ventured beneath the waves, they stumbled upon a pair of massive sunfish, a sight rarely seen in such close proximity to the shore.

The sunfish, also known as Mola mola, are the world’s heaviest bony fish. They can grow to enormous sizes, often exceeding 3 meters in length and weighing over 2,000 kilograms. Despite their size, these gentle giants are slow-moving and docile creatures.
